Where do the photos come from?
The photos are published on Wikimedia Commons under free licences. So as not to give the answer away, the photographer and licence appear under the photo after you guess.
Can I play past days?
Yes. Add ?gun= and a date to the address (for example ?gun=2026-10-01) to open a past day's game. Archive games are recorded but do not change your streak.
Why did my streak reset?
Your streak grows as long as you play on consecutive days. If you skip a day, it starts again from 1 the next day. It also does not move with you if you clear your browser data or switch devices.
How are the options chosen?
The museum of the day is picked from well-known places that have a photo, and it does not repeat within a year. The other three options usually share its type or come from neighbouring provinces, so it is not always easy.
